Abstract

The aims of this research are to know and description about; (1) personel’s work spirit, human relation and contribution of human relation to personel’s work spirit at Education Science Faculty Padang State University (FIP UNP). The research’s hypohtesis is “ human relation have significant  contribution to  personel’s work spirit at Education Science Faculty Padang State University. Population of this research are 40 personels those work at Education Science Faculty Padang State Uninersity and sample are 36 personels. The instrument to collect data is questionary and the research data was analysed by product moment correlation, and  regression method by used SPSS Program 15.0 version. The results of data analysis show that at Education Science Faculty Padang State Uninersity, are : (1) personel’s work spirit . is sufficient. (78,84 % from score idiel), (2) human relation between personels is sufficient (75,89 % from score idiel), and (3) Human relation have significant  contribution to  personel’s work spirit at Education Science Faculty Padang State University.
