Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang peneliti temukan saat PPL-K di SLB YPAC SUMBAR. Peneliti menemukan siswa tunagrahita ringan Kelas VIII yang mengalami kesulitan dalam membuat crispy jamur tiram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membuat crispy jamur tiram dengan menggunakan task analisis.
