Author Guidelines

Abstract of research results or innovative ideas should be of 400 words maximum (Extended abstract). The abstract should contain title, short introduction, method, and result and discussion as body of abstract, and key words/phrases (Summary) without name. Name of author(s), affiliation, e-mail address, should be filled in metadata.

The full paper should also be written in English, 3000-4000 words in length on A4 paper, containing title, name of author(s), affiliation, e-mail address, abstract (in English); Introduction; Relevant Theoretical Reviews, Data Analysis and Discussion, Conclusion, References, and Short CV of Author (s). For both abstract and full paper, please use MS-Office Word 97-2003 or MS-Office Word 2007, (file?doc?or ?docx?); font 10-pt and 1 space. Please pay attention to the deadlines below. All selected papers are published by Atlantis Press in the form of a Proceeding with ISSN code number or granted further opportunity to be published in Komposisi, Lingua Didaktika, and Humanus, the journals published by the Faculty of Languages and Arts (terms and conditions apply by submitting the manuscript to the journals) or in abstract book with ISBN.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word (97-2003), or RTF file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided. APA with Mendeley, Zotero, or Endnote would be prefered
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the template.
