TEKNIK PEMBUATAN ELEMEN SENSOR FLUXGATE MENGGUNAKAN TEKNOLOGI PRINTED CIRCIUT BOARD (PCB)

Abstract


Micro sensor technology has produced the law sensor sensitivity because its cross sectional was small. Method to fabricate this sensor more complex so the price to make it was very expensive. To solve this problem was to develop the printed circuit board (PCB). The PCB technology has many advantages, those are the cross sectional area more bigger so its sensitivity is higher, the fabrication process is easier. By this method, the price of PCB technology is more cheap than micro sensor technology. There are four stages to make fluxgate sensor element with PCB technique, those are : 1) engineering design, 2) physical design of PCB, 3) print to PCB, and 4) integrate of PCB element becomes fluxgate sensor. The stage from 1 until 3 need the certain software such as Computer Aided Engineering (CAE), Computer Aided Design, and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM). To get the better result, all of processes have good relation and they can’t be separated.
