PENGARUH PROPORSI MATERIAL LIMBAH SERAT ALAMI TERHADAP SIFAT FISIKA BATA MERAH

Abstract

This research has been  done  by making of composite red brick with materials lasing of natural fibre waste of chaff of  paddy, bagasse waste and sawdust. In general this research aim to know influence of giving  of natural fibre waste  material to nature of red  brick physics. Specificable, purpose of this research  that is : 1) elaboration and  investiga tion of infleunce of chaff waste the paddy proportion to nature of red brick physics; 2) ela boration and investigation of influence of bagasse waste proportion to nature of red brick physics; 3) elaboration and investigation of influence of sawdust waste proportion to na ture of red brick physics. Red brick made of natural fibre waste and clay of the size item get away sieve 0,18 mm. Red brick sample have been made in form at long of the size 6cm x 6cm x 6cm and in form of cylinder with diameter 7 cm and high 15 cm. Red brick sample which have finished to be printed then burned in furnace electric, at temperature 800°C during 3,5 hour. For the characterization of strong test depress to be used Compressive Strength Machine while for the test of porosity used by Sonic Viewer.Strong depress red brick of mixture of sawdust and red brick of mixture lock up paddy have fulfilled SNI 15-2094-1991 namely mean stay in class 50, while red brick of bagasse waste mixture, mean stay in class 25.
