Abstract


This study examines the organizational climatein the office ofthe Center for Education and Training of Social Welfare (BBPPKS) Regional 1 in Padang Sumatra as seen from the aspect of freedom, responsibility, respect, intimacy, support, and involvement. This type of researchis descriptive. The population in this study as many as 41 people in a population sample using research, data collection tool was a questionnaire with Likert scale models that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data obtained were analyzed by finding the average value (Mean). The results showed that the climate of the organization from the aspects: 1) freedom, 2) responsibility, 3) awards, 4) familiarity, 5) support, and 6) have demonstrated the involvement of a conducive organizational climate.
