Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan kosep dan peran guru agama dalam kerukunan umat beragama, dan serta bentuk pendidikan dan pelatian guru agama untuk meningkatkan solidaritas sebagai penggerak nilai toleransi bagi peserta didiknya secara khusus, dan masyarakat secara umum. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur dengan pendekatan systematic review. Meta-sintesis dilakukan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian yaitu bagaimana indikator-indikator tantangan efektivitas supervise instraksional yang dilakukan kepala sekolah. Peneliti tidak membatasi tahun publikasi dari referensi-referensi yang digunakan selama relevan dengan topik yang dibahas dalam artikel ini. Studi literatur dalam artikel ini dilakukan dalam enam tahap kegiatan yaitu: (a) memformulasikan pertanyaan penelitian, (b) melakukan pencarian literatur, (c) melakukan skrining dan seleksi artikel penelitian, (d) melakukan analisis dan sintensis temuan-temuan kualitatif, (e) memberlakukan kendali mutu, dan (f) menyusun laporan akhir. Salah satu model pendidikan dan pelatihan kerukunan umat beragama direkomendasaikan oleh Mohammed Abu-Nimer merekomendasikan model pelatihan kerukunan umat beragama yang disebutnya sebagai “Training Model of Interreligion Peacebuilding”. Model pelatihan ini menyajikan tantangan, proses, dan metode pelatihan peacebuilding dalam konteks lintas agama. Model pendidikan dan pelatihan ini melibatkan ketiga dimensi segitiga perubahan sikap: Head, Heart, Hand yang sesuai untuk kognisi, emosi, dan perilaku Intervensi berhasil jika mereka dapat mempengaruhi pemikiran para pihak, melibatkan mereka dalam emosi yang positif pengalaman, dan tunjukkan kepada mereka cara untuk menerapkan pembelajaran baru mereka melalui praktik langsung pengalaman atau kesempatan untuk bertindak.
