Abstract


This research is a qualitative descriptive study and the purppose is analyze management Ketarunaan program activites at SMK Taruna Padang with multiple data source is pricipals, vice-pricipals, teachers and student. Determination of data source using snowball sampling technique and purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in research through interviews with source, obesrvation and documentation. The finding showed that activities at SMK Padang Taruna include: 1) Planning ketarunaan activities going pretty well, 2) Organizing activities ketarunaan going pretty well, 3) implementation of activities ketarunaan done quite well, and 4) Monitoring activities ketarunaan done quite well. Of the overall management of the program of activities ketarunaan been running pretty good but not optimal. Thus the foundation of the school and must follow ketarunaan activity management in order to run effectively and efficiently.
