Abstract


This research is based on the results of the author's observations on the Quality of Educational Supervision in the District Public Schools in North Padang, which shows the quality. This research is raining to obtain information about the Quality of Education Supervision in the District Public School in North Padang. The results of the study show that 1) schools arrange the supervision program objectively, responsibly, and sustainably in the quality category with an average score of 4.00, 2) the preparation of supervision programs at schools based on national education standards is in the quality category with an average score an average of 4.09 3) the supervision program is socialized to all teaching staff and education personnel in the quality category with an average score of 4.09. 4) school supervision includes monitoring, supervision, evaluation, implementation, and follow-up results of supervision are in the category of poor quality with an average score of 3.51. 5) schools and school supervisors are in the under-quality category with an average score of 3.54. Overall the Quality of Education Supervision in the District Public Schools in North Padang is in the quality criteria with a score of 3.85.
