Abstract


The purpose of this research is to find information and an overview of the Work Culture of Employees of the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Sumatra Province. This is a descriptive study. The population is 75 employees and research sample is 48 employees taken by proportional stratified random sampling. The instrument of this research was a questionnaire with a Likert scale model that had been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data is analyzed using the average formula (average). The results of this research indicate that the Work Culture of the Regional Civil Service Agency Employees in West Sumatra Province achieved a good category with an average score of 4.22
