This study aims to analyze the work culture of the employees of the Ministry of Religion Office in Padang City. There are five questions to be answered, namely how accurate, responsible, honest, respect the time, and efficient the employees in doing their work. This study is quantitative study. The population of this study amounted to 58 people. The number of samples was 54 people taken by incidental sampling technique. Data were collected by using a Likert scale model questionnaire, and the collected data were analyzed by finding the average score and the level of achievement. The results showed that the work culture of the employees of the Ministry of Religion in Padang City were at the average level of achievement (75%). It means that in general, the employees of the Ministry of Religion Office in Padang were not yet having good work culture, by means not yet having good accuracy, responsibility, honesty, respect for time, and efficiency in doing their work. Thus, the work culture of the employees of the Ministry of Religion Office in Padang City need to be developed, in order to increase the effectiveness and the efficiency of the organization.
