Abstract


The objectives of this research is to see the management of teacher task in learning in SMKN 1 Bukittinggi. The population of the research was 159 people. The number of samples of research was 63 people using a proportional random sampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnaire using the Likert Scale that has been tested it’s validity and reliability using the SPSS 16.0 version. Based on the research, 1) management of teacher assignments in learning planing is in a good category (4,53), 2) management of teacher task in the implementation of learning is in a good category (4,22), 3) management of teacher assignment in learning evaluation is in a good category (3,89), 4) management of teacher assignment in follow up learning is in a good category (3,78), 5). Overall, the management of teacher task in learning in SMKN 1 Bukittinggi was in a good category (4,11).
