This research is based on the author's observations of the employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in the South Coastal District who in the decision making process by the leadership are still not optimal.This study aims to get an overview and information about: 1) implementation of the decision, 2) evaluation of the decision, 3) follow-up decisions. This type of research is descriptive. The population is 45 employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in South Coastal Regency, the sample taking using the Saturated Sampling technique. The results showed that 1) the implementation of the decision was in the good category (80,11%), 2) evaluation of the decision was in the sufficient category (77,59%), and 3) the follow-up to the decision was in the sufficient category (76,06%). Overall employee perceptions about the decision making process by the leadership in the Office of the Ministry of Religion in the South Coastal Regency are in the sufficient category with an average score of 3.90 and an achievement level of 77.92%.
