Abstract


This research examine the influence of internal communication to employee’s  loyality. The objectives of this research are to describe: 1) internal communication; 2) employee’s loyality;  and 3) to examine the  influence of internal communication to employee’s  loyality. The population of  the research was 41 people, the sample was 32 people using Slovin Formula and  taken by Proportional Stratified Random Sampling Technique. The research instrument used was a questionnaire using the Likert Scale that has been tested it’s validity and reliability. Based on the research, internal communication in the good enough category (78%), and the employee’s loyality in the hight category (85%). There is an influence of the internal communication to the employee’s loyality r2=0,113 or 11,3%.
