This research is motivated by the authors' observations at the Department of Education and Culture in the South Coastal District showing that employee performance is still low. The purpose of this study is to obtain data on: 1) employee performance, 2) organizational culture, and 3) the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance . This research is a correlational study. The population in the study amounted to 106 people and the sample amounted to 53 people. The research instrument was a Likert scale model questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability using SPSS version 20.0. Data were analyzed using the product moment correlation formula. The results of the study: 1) the employee's performance is already good at 81%. 2) organizational culture is good enough that is 70.2% and 3) there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and the performance of the staff of the Department of Education and Culture in the South Coastal District, rcount 0.285> rtable 0.279 and tcount 2.108> ttable2.021 at the level of trust 95%. The results showed that there was a relationship between organizational culture and employee performance in the Department of Education and Culture in the South Coastal District.
