Abstract


This study aims to obtain information about Employee Perception on the Application of Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) in Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat which is reviewed from aspects: input, process, ouput. This type of research is descriptive research. The population of this study were all employees on the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat which numbered 75 people. The sample in this study amounted to 59 people based on the Krejcie table and taken using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnaire using the Likert Scale model with five choices of answers that had been tested for validity and reliability using SPSS version 16.0. The instrument used for data collection is a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale with five valid and reliable alternative answers. The data is analyzed using the mean formula. The results of the study show that: 1) input Activities in Application SIMPEG are in the good category with an average score of 4.03, 2) process Activities in Application SIMPEG are in a good category with an average score of 3.9,. 3) ouput activities in Application SIMPE) are in the good category with an average score of 4.05. Overall Implementation SIMPEG on Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat is in the good category with an average score of 4.00.
