Abstract


This article discusses efforts to improve employee performance in an organization. One approach taken to improve employee performance is by implementing coaching. Based on a collection of expert opinions it was found that coaching activities have a positive impact on both employees and leaders in improving employee performance. Although there are challenges in implementing coaching activities, with good planning and periodic evaluation, maximum results can be achieved.
