Abstract


This research is motivated by the low performance of employees. The purpose of this study was to determine employee performance in 3 aspects namely quality, quantity and work effectiveness of employees. The informant in this study is the production manager. data collection by observation, interview and documentary. The results showed the quality of work of employees in terms of efforts to meet customer satisfaction is not optimal enough, the performance of employees in terms of neatness and accuracy is not entirely optimal and the lack of accuracy of employees in doing work. . Aspect of optimal effectiveness but in terms of efficiency is not entirely optimal where most employees do not understand the meaning and benefits of the efficiency itself so that work results do not increase. Employee work efficiency can be seen from employee time savings, energy savings, cost savings and facility savings that are not optimal enough to complete tasks.
