Abstract


This research aims to obtain data and information on computer laboratory services according to students of SMK Negeri 3 Padang in aspects of (1) responsiveness, (2) assurance, (3) empathy, and (4) tangible. This type of research is descriptive. The sample of 94 people taken based on the stratified incidental sampling proportional technique.  Data analysis techniques use a flat formula and measure access levels using a percentage formula.The research showed that computer laboratory services according to students of SMK Negeri 3 Padang in: (1) The responsiveness is in a category with a score of 3.83 average with an achievement rate of 76.68%, (2) assurance is in a category only with average value of 3.92 with an achievement rate of 78.35%. (3) Empathy is on the category quite with an average score of 3.64 with an achievement rate of 78,48%. And, (4) The tangibles are the insufficient category with an average score of 3.65 with an achievement rate of 72, 93%. Thus, it can be concluded that the computer laboratory services according to students of SMK Negeri 3 Padang are in a fairly good category with the achievement rate of 3.83 average value and a percentage rate of 76.61%.
