Abstract


This research is to find out the urgency of the quality of student administrative services at universitas negeri padang that need to be improved. So effective and efficient services are needed so that services can be in accordance with the standards of higher education. Academic administration service is an effort to fulfill the needs of students between people or employees with students who interact directly. This study includes the study of literature by analyzing and comparing references that have been made. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded as follows: (1) the need to improve the quality of student academic administration services in order to achieve student satisfaction and in accordance with higher education service standards (2) the need for guidance from the leadership to employees in performing services
